Steel production in Ukraine in January fell 2.7%
Ukraine Ukrmetallurgprom steel enterprise alliance late on Monday, the report said Ukraine in January steel production fell 2.7% from the same period a year earlier, to 1.8 million tons.
The alliance, according to the monthly data released on January production fell 5.1% to 1.7 million tons of pig iron, steel rolling production in January rose 4% to 1.63 million tons.
Ukraine in 2019 annual steel output fell 1.31% to 20.82 million tons.
